Not a whole lot of food for the price. Soda was ok, but only 6 onion rings and the bacon avocado burger tasted ok, but really small for the price. Especially when you have to order off the screen.

We have been here a ridiculous amount of times on our way into or out of LA, and on the good side, it's yummy Shake Shack food and a convenient location on the drive, but on the downside, it's a bit cramped like the much busier DT LA ones. There's parking, but the lot is small and tight, and there's usually *almost* enough open seats. The service and the food are as great as any other location though.

I didn't realize the closest Shake Shack to me was in Pasadena! And they have a designated parking lot too!
I ordered the Shakeburger via the app and appreciate the option to add or remove toppings as desired. I left everything on though and opted out of adding more toppings for a fee. Ordering on the app was quick and easy and pick-up was too. I forget how small Shake Shack's burgers are compared to other places, so I was a little surprised at the size for a burger that was almost $7. I still miss the concretes that Shake Shack used to offer (I assumed it's no more as I only had it once in NYC a decade ago and no locations now serve it)

Good place for a nice burger. Easy to order from the self service panel. Then food is delivered to your table. Good choice of burger types and root beer float to wash it all down. Just don’t eat it everyday, haha.
The staff are very friendly no matter how busy they may be. The food is high quality, tasty, and consistent.
Surprisingly, there’s also many offers on their app quite often, which makes the experience even better.

Paid 29$ for a nasty unseasoned burger that they wouldn’t cook the way I wanted, unsalted fries that are greasy and a ok strawberry shake. If your a burger lover stay away from here
