Absolutely best donuts in LA
I love for the butter and salt donuts. I've noticed this location the donuts sometime have a bit of a burnt flavor to them. Still great but a step below other spots.

Sidecar Doughnuts & Coffee has friendly staff and delicious doughnuts at awesome pricey prices. The butter and salt donuts are a favorite, though this location's donuts sometimes have a bit of a burnt flavor. The caramel mocha is pretty tasty. Vegan options are great, and a still-warm, extremely fresh vanilla bean donut is stellar. Customer service is top notch; when a couple donuts were missed, two replacement donuts were given right away no questions asked. The Pasadena location seemed a little cramped but has a good flow, a big parking lot in back, a counter, and seating outside. It gets busy but is efficient, conveniently located at Arroyo and Filmore. The app offers a free reward, and the matcha is worth skipping.
