Came here to get a drink for my client, I walked in and not one person working here spoke or greeted me or any other customer. The guy at the register (Josh) just stood there as I waited then he started getting an order ready and doing something on the register. I didn't know if he was ready to assist me or if he was still working on something else. These employees should: A. Greet your customers, B. Let them know your ready to assist, maybe say "hello, how may I help you, or What can I get started for you today. Nothing against Josh, but the employees here need to be trained on customer service skills.

I dunno how they did it but this is the best cold foam I've ever had from a Starbucks. I need coffee for my ADHD but I don't like the taste of straight coffee. I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew w/ extra foam and the foam stayed in the whole time. I wish I could've taken a picture but I finished that rq. I wish I caught the full crews name but Joanna was the gal at the drive thru window. Thank you guys, made my shift a hell of a lot easier. Thank you!
I've been in the drive thru line for over 10 mins...still waiting to place an order. I've never waited this long at Starbucks...this location is the absolute worse!

Just came by to get my drinks fixed from another Starbucks and Brenda Solis helped me out to the tee of how I exactly like my drink and was very kind with a positive demeanor.
