Customer service was great, just like their drinks. Even though it was super busy today with the rose parade and everything, their energy and attitude were very good. There was a special drink served for the holidays and the cashier was very good at describing it.

Overran by mentally ill homeless people inside and out. While the homeless deserve sympathy and a path to recovery, they do not deserve to disrupt and destroy our business and the livelihood of those who work there. On my visit a homeless male sat quietly at a long table talking to someone who no one else could see (a dilusion). A kind and well meaning customer came and shared the tabe and engaged him in polite conversation, condos to her. When she left, he continued the conversation which was now one-sided and at a distance and even followed her out into the street shouting at her. He then returned inside and started going table to table attempting to have irrational conversations with people and sometimes shouting loud enough to disrupt the entire dining area. I asked a staff member and she said they can't do anything because of the history of violent responses when attempting to interact. The police eventually came and removed him, he left without further incident. As he left the other homeless person who was camped outside on the bench, who all the police knew by name, heckled them and started verbal confrontations with anyone who made eye contact, daring anyone to take any action against her.The suffering of the homeless is no small thing and I don't pretend to have a solution, but I do not believe that we should allow them to pose a threat to public safety or the jobs of employees who work in the business they disrupt.Otherwise, this Starbucks location and the staff who work there are wonderful. The staff was exemplary and the coffee was as perfect as ever. The location, otherwise, is ideal, right in the middle of Pasadena's premier shopping district, Old Town Pasadena. It didn't used to be like this. This used to be a safe enjoyable location. It wasn't unsafe just a few years ago. What changed?Parking: During shopping times, parking will involve a walk of a few blocks.

I love ordering from this Starbucks most of the staff is nice but there's a lovely young lady in particular with such a spark and enthusiasm her smile is very welcoming. It's pretty small inside but they also have a lounge outside very nice to relax. Ambience is good even tho its always busy because of the shopping center. The food/drinks prepared are always tasty one of the best ones so far.Thank you staff for your dedication. :)

I work nearby so its easier to go to this location but it seems like 5/10 times they botch a simple macchiato. I watched them remake it a few times and noticed they pump the syrup without looking, let the espresso sit over 30 seconds (which they are not supposed to, my cousins worked for starbucks) and half the time it taste milky with burnt espresso. There are certain Baristas who make it great, but the ones who rush through really ruin this place for me. I prefer going to orange grove and fair oaks but I dont like getting my coffee so early. Might have to just suck it up and get it there. Smh. Waste of 5.95.
Not sure what the point of blasting the music to a 10+ decimal level is at a coffee shop is. This isn't a club and I came here to get a bagel and coffee and sit and do a little work while the rain let up. I can't even here who I'm on the phone meeting with without them shouting and vice versa let alone think. Additionally it's rainy outside and the air is set to 53 some reason, most likely to deter people from sitting to drink and eat the food they purchased. This is insane I've never dealt with something like this before. My phone is showing the sound is at 90 decibels and that's insane !!!!!!

This yelp review is for the one and only Danielle she is amazing every time I walk in she exudes a lot of positivity and has a very professional demeanor my boyfriend and I are regulars and if we ever have a problem she never hesitates to fix or spruce up our drink so we are fully satisfied.
