It was three people waiting in line one guy was busy worrying about stocking coffee out on the center of the store while the other girl that was working there was doing all the work including the mobile orders and the people that walked up. He should have stopped and helped serve the people that were waiting in line or helped her. I was just kind of annoyed that he just walked by everybody took care of his stuff out there loading up the front of the store instead of helping getting those three customers served. If I was a manager there I'll be writing that person up for not helping getting the customer served rather than stocking the shelf.

Parking: I just wanted to say these guys were open and 5:30 am the day of the Rose Bowl Parade and being able to grab a coffee and pastry was life saving. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming even on New Year’s Day at 5:30 am. Kudos to this staff
The most humiliating moment passed in this place. I went alone for a mocha coffee, but the Latin cashiers treated me like a thief and homeless, they judged me for my clothing. And the young man who at that moment was preparing the drinks shook his hands. so that I would walk away from the place where he was delivering the drinks without saying a word, he just shook his hands like someone telling someone despicable to get away. And you know what the saddest thing is, it's Latinos humiliating Latinos. That happened to me on a Thursday. the afternoon around 4:30 to 5. I filed the complaint and to this day no one has apologized to me. I am a business woman who owns food trucks. I don't need to steal a few measly dollar tips. I don't have to judge people by their clothing. If I wanted, I could wear designer clothes and a Prada bag if I wanted, but I can fit them in my backpack. Thousands.
