Today 06/26/25 at 4:42 when entering the Starbucks store the old lady taking the orders to customers, already helped the 2 people in front of me and they just continued talking and talking I had to get out cause I waited for almost 6 minutes and looks like the conversation was getting really good to them cause I never se t

It was three people waiting in line one guy was busy worrying about stocking coffee out on the center of the store while the other girl that was working there was doing all the work including the mobile orders and the people that walked up. He should have stopped and helped serve the people that were waiting in line or helped her. I was just kind of annoyed that he just walked by everybody took care of his stuff out there loading up the front of the store instead of helping getting those three customers served. If I was a manager there I'll be writing that person up for not helping getting the customer served rather than stocking the shelf.

Parking: I just wanted to say these guys were open and 5:30 am the day of the Rose Bowl Parade and being able to grab a coffee and pastry was life saving. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming even on New Year’s Day at 5:30 am. Kudos to this staff
