I was going to give them a 4 star based on the first time I tried them. Cabeza were dry lacked flavor. Lengua asada were good. Pastor were the best. Went again 2nd time next day at around 9pm. And the asada and lengua were dry this time. Felt like I got left over from day prior. I rated a 3 due to lack of consistency.
This is a really solid taco truck. We got the carne asada and al pastor tacos. They were both really good. The meat was really tasty and tender. I liked that they had a salsa bar that also had radishes, onions, etc.

Very very good. On the busier nights they cut the al pastor fresh off the trompo and it's sooo good. Worth the wait. Usually there is parking available in the lot but sometimes it's better to park on the street because getting out of the lot when it's busy can be slow going.
