I had an issue with my order and when I called to let them know they handled it pass my expectations. This is a place I frequent very often and the customer service is amazing and the resolution of my issue makes me want to continue being a customer.

Parking sucks though. Not enough spots and it's shared with other businesses that are quite busy in a run down plaza. It's only really convenient if you're coming from PCC or Old Town and can walk over here.
