Hit and miss with the food. Sometimes the meat is cold and sides can be dried out like they've been sitting. But when the food is fresh, very good and is like home cooking. Over all the resturaunt stays very busy and is genuinely good food. Everyone who works there is very friendly

This is my favorite TG location! The food is so good & the staff is REALLY nice. Every time I come to Pasadena for work, I roll through to this Tender Greens. Don't be scared off by the fact that they'll probably be going a catering order when you walk in. They're still VERY fast with service, both to go & for dine in.
