18 dollars for parking was a surprise but considering the area I get it. The buffet was okay, nothing special in my opinion. I expected a higher quality. The service was GREAT. I would go back for sure.
I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding for Sarah & Kevin at the Athenaeum earlier this month. While it's taken me a while to write this review, I absolutely had to leave one.
The venue itself is gorgeous, with pillars surrounding a brick floor that gives the location an atmosphere like no other I've worked at.
While the venue was beautiful, the main highlight had to be the staff. They were always more than willing to accommodate...

We were invited by a member for lunch. It's such an amazing experience. The building itself is full of history. The lunch buffet has excellent food at such a reasonable price. The sale is fresh, the butternut squash soup, the flat iron steak, the grilled fish... I wish I could come here without club membership.
