Had 4-5 different people serve us. One guy, who I believe was the bar manager, finally checked on us but not once did any of the servers check in without us waving them down. We were here for 4 hours and it took 1 1/2 hours for us to get our food order taken. Saw multiple people leave looking unhappy.

I hosted a private party at The Dungeon and had a wonderful experience! The staff is extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. They also do an incredible job with security and making sure your private event stays closed-off. The main bartender was awesome and played whatever music the guests wanted! Highly, highly recommend hosting a private event here!

The experience was GREAT! Went for taco Tuesday & it was fireeee!! Also had karaoke that night & it was so much fun! They accommodated my fiancé's birthday dinner of 27 of us!! With kids and all. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Alyssa the waitress was my absolute favorite, she's so great!! I love her! The karaoke guy was cool too. I would def go back! ?

I went to an overpriced New Year Eve party. The fee was $87 per person for 4 hours of free food and drinks from 9-1am. Upon arriving, my party and I were told food would be ready in an hour and the only free drinks were well drinks. Premium would be regular price. When the food was ready, we noticed chips and salsa, chicken tenders, and fries. The flyer had real food tacos, salads, wings etc.... even the drinks looked different. Well shots with no juice or a way to mix the drinks. I emailed the organizer Crystal Aceves about the event days ago and never received a response. The upstairs location seemed bigger, a better vibe, and a live DJ. It's not worth the money.

We made reservations on Jan 1 which we knew would be busy, however we were not greeted by our waitress for over 30 min. Had to retrieve our drinks from the bar and never got our food. They were simply not prepared or staffed to be open on Jan 1.
We were in town for a game. Ordered food and it was not delivered after an hour. Ended up having to leave without eating. The server was trying their best to help but didn't work out.

Such a vibe! Yes, as the other reviews indicate, it is downstairs in Der Wolf, go in and walk downstairs. Went for an early date night and they held our reservation with a table card. Both bartenders were friendly and service was great. Music was fantastic (R&B). Food was good and drinks were delicious and bonus- it is inexpensive!
Really enjoyed the food, the music, the staff acknowledged us in every bit of the sense without being overwhelming. The drinks are a good price and decent strength. My burger was cooked perfectly and my partners chicken was sliced/cooked/seasoned extremely well. Kudos to the kitchen. Couldn't have picked a better place for a date night. Thanks, again!

Overall experience was good. However, when I got there it was unorganized. I was not greeted or taken to my reserved table when I got there. I was upset because I reserved a table over a week in advanced, and at a point it seemed my table was not available. I understand it was busy due to a big football game, but a reservation needs to be respected. I was able to get in contact with Crystal (owner), she was nice and was able to sit me at a table. The experience of watching the football game was great. Our server was active and brought our drinks quite quick.

What was it about the dungeon I loved? Maybe it was the waiter that made us a "Doo Doo" shot. Maybe it was the live music and the lights hung up outside in the semi-clean alleyway. Maybe it was the strange but friendly crowd that we chatted with. Maybe it was the asshole on new years that got pissed off because my girlfriend sat in his reserved seat for a minute when she got light-headed, and it was the first time I really lost my cool at a bar with someone. Maybe it's because she was there both times I went. That's probably it. Take someone you love to the Dungeon, and have a great time for all of these reasons (except the bar fight).
