Most of the experience was lovely, once we arrived, but the absolute indifference to my request that I be called in advance marred for me the entire experience. In town celebrating my birthday with friends. The staff was professional, kind and very attentive. This was the first visit for my friends and they had a nice time. The tea experience was set, there were no choices, so a couple of my friends were disappointed, but overall it was nice. There were six of us, and even though we all had different taste, we could only select 3 pots of tea, instead of each person selecting their own.

The tea selection is quite limited, and you are only given two teapots per group, though you can change the flavors. The food was tasty, and I do appreciate that they accommodate allergies and other dietary restrictions.
Unfortunately, the experience was overpriced and underwhelming.
