Pie Hole is amazing. Our family has been enjoying a selection of pies instead of birthday cake for years now. And I always bring visiting friends and family to Pie Hole when I want to impress them with delicious LA food :)

Got Abuelita's pie and it was alright. I liked the main chocolate part & crust. Didn't like the whipped cream and the food was pretty pricey at $7.99/slice... Service was friendly and there was a clean place to sit. Not a place I'd go out of my way to visit, but it's there if you like pie. Money-wise, I think Wanderlust Creamery (ice cream) in the same indoor plaza is better bang for your buck.

I recommend this location. The quality of the pies, and iced coffees is the best. I'm now becoming a regular customer. The positive service that I get everyday by all the welcoming employees makes me want to come back every time. I love it here!

I ordered a slice of apple pie crumble with a Carmel drizzle and a coffee through Uber eats. I don't know what made me order a pie, I NEVER eat pie!!! ...but something told me I needed one and I am soooo glad I did! I was delighted that my apple pie was served warm. The apple crumble was delicious and satisfying!! It changed my life about how I view pie now!! Thanks for making my afternoon wonderful! I really enjoyed the coffee was well. Perfectly balanced!

Never been a pie person but this is the best pie I've ever had!!
I was there on Tuesday. What a perfect coffee/pie shop in old town Pasadena, the sign definitely brought me in! To my surprise it's all the way in the back in a lively location greeted by a very friendly woman, who is really nice and willing to actually talk and let me know of any promotions To my surprise they had a buy 1 get half off I got the earl grey and apple as she recommended. I'd say a 9 out of 10 . Clean spot ,good music and great energy would definitely come back if In the area . Thanks to the lovely woman for all her suggestions and kindness And I also got a coupon so will be back for sure!!

It's just too sweet, the drinks are so sweet it even began to burn my throat lol, this just isn't for me. The Service was not average, however, the little food court has a nice vibe. Thank you for serving us

I'm sorry but the crust of Pie Hole pies are terrible. You literally could not stab it and puncture it with your fork. It's THAT hard. Once you tear a bite off with your teeth it tastes like a sole liner. (Not that I've tried one before but now i won't have to since I've had Pie Hole piecrust.The pie filling itself is more like a cheesecake that has sat outside the fridge for five minutes. The flavors are innovative (i like the Earl Grey flavor) BUT it is way too rich and buttery. It's like eating buttermilk and cream cheese. I guess if you're into that you can give it a try, but i won't be returning.

Just paid $10 for one of the worst slices of pie I’ve ever had. The filling was okay but the crust, the most important part of pie, was awful. Rubbery and tasteless, no flake. Almost needed a band saw to get into it.
