The place was packed when we arrived, but that didn't dilute our experience in any way. The kitchen took longer than expected for food to arrive, but other than that, I would highly recommend. Also - gratuity is automatically included. Make sure to get parking validated before leaving.

The service was wonderful. The hearpist was lovely. They were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. However, the bread they use for every sandwich was so spongy and chewy that the fillings were overwhelmed and homogenized. Out of the four desserts, only one was truly scrumptious. I don't know if people without my dairy allergy might have a better experience, but I think it was very bland. The staff are angels and the environment is perfection. I've just definitely had better experiences. I'm a harsh critic, I'm sure as I do afternoon tea in various cities probably two dozen times a year. So it is superb for setting and very low on the actual content. This is odd because I stay at the Langham often and usually love their food.

Always a consistently enjoyable experience, one that you can confidently treat guests to. Wait staff was terrific. Friendly and prompt. Live harp was a nice touch.

I cannot say enough. The food and service was incredible. Pamala was our server and she was attentive, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and just all around Wonderful! We will definitely go back!

Service was incredibly slow and not good. Thry took our food away after I specifically told them that my wife will return to the table from the restroom and we will continue our afternoon tea. We complained to the manager and she clearly seemed not very experienced in a manager role. Very shocked as I heard great things about the langham but it is simply not the case.

Lovely afternoon tea! Delicious and comfortable. If you budget extra time after your tea, you can walk the beautiful hotel grounds too!

Most of the experience was lovely, once we arrived, but the absolute indifference to my request that I be called in advance marred for me the entire experience. It was utter disrespect, especially on the part of the Food & Beverage Manager. Dustie Bauer. Had I already not convinced my party to come, I would have canceled. After many years at Langham Huntington spent on the Club Level, I will not be returning. If you don't believe me, just try yourself to make a simple but not usual request and see if you get a call from Ms Bauer. Certainly it's not hospitality befitting a 5 star property.

The atmosphere is truly spellbinding—it inspires you to slip into a stunning ball gown and wander dreamily through the hotel's enchanted gardens.

In town celebrating my birthday with friends. The staff was professional, kind and very attentive. This was the first visit for my friends and they had a nice time. The tea experience was set, there were no choices, so a couple of my friends were disappointed, but overall it was nice. There were six of us, and even though we all had different taste, we could only select 3 pots of tea, instead of each person selecting their own.

Teddy bear tea was a lovely time, lots of kids and grown ups in their nice attire. Service was great and Santa was authentic and the puppet show and getting a Paddington Bear was a highlight for my daughters! Such a special fun memory. Food was great too!

Enjoyed teddy bear tea with Santa. Manager dusty is very sweet and ensures all guests are enjoying their experience.

The Langham has a truly special location in the heart of the most beautiful portion of Pasadena so you cannot go wrong with having tea overlooking the grounds. The service was as anticipated and exceptional. One note is that they sat our party next to the harpist who was playing quite lovely Christmas music which would have been nice however it was so incredibly loud in my ear the entire time we had our tea, to the point our party had a very difficult time conversing. I think if they took out the center table next to the harpist it would bode well in the future. BEsides this one complaint I felt everything qwuite exceptional and as anticipated.

overpriced for what was on offer. Servers were nice but seemed inexperienced, would expect more from this hotel atthis price point

Dusti and her team of exceptional servers helped us to enjoy an afternoon tea celebrating our 20th anniversary. Even after the delicious treats included with the prix fixe they presented us with a special cake to celebrate our occasion. The tea selection was unique and fun to select from the variety of options. We will do this again!
