We eat at Union Restaurant two to three times a month… and that’s not an exaggeration...and not out of habit — out of craving. Real, physical craving. What makes Union special is how they elevate simple ingredients into something unforgettable. Nothing is overworked. Nothing is trendy for the sake of it. It’s just honest, perfectly executed food.

The spaghetti is unreal… handmade pasta with the slightest spice in the sauce. Simple. Addictive. My wife...

Service very good, waiters very kind. However, food is very very minimal for very expensive price! One of the pasta noodles was too tough. This stupid door keeps opening and cannot close on its own, letting so much cold air come into the restaurant and it feels like someone opened a giant walk in freezer next to you. The pork chop however was delicious. I recommend.

The experience was wonderful and so elegant the service is one of the best in Pasadena food is freshly prepared I enjoy the atmosphere friendly staff feels like I'm in Italy I will return with my family too owners the the handcraft pasta s super delicious and the managers went above & beyond.
