Food delivery at this location is a joke. If you ask them how long it’s gonna take they won’t give you an answer and then they’ll disappear for several minutes every time I go there to pick up food it’s exactly the same.
Routinely food, delivery companies stack orders meaning they will give us two or three orders from the same restaurant when I arrive.
Only one order will be ready and it’ll be sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting for the other order.
This has happened multiple times with this restaurant and all I get is shitty attitude from them. You would think since these app delivery companies have been around for 10+ years these restaurants would get their shit together. Instead, they blame it on the driver for being frustrated.
It’s our job to pick up the food. Then we have to deal with insane traffic and insane people on the road to deliver the food. Your job should be to get the food out there immediately the delivery food is just as important as the customer ordering the food online, but they do not see it that way.
They should take a lesson from sweet greens they need an expediter that just focuses on delivering to go food because they do a lot of to go food. They’re rude and hostile if you ask them any questions.

Met up with my girls for dinner here. It was a really good vibe. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered the steak with mac'n'cheese and the cesar salad. Everything was delicious except I wasn't asked how I wanted my steak cooked so they served it rare. I ate it any way and it was ok; only b/c I like it medium so it probably would've been delicious if it was served to my liking. There was a staff member named Javier that was super cool. His energy was just so awesome; it was a pleasure to have him around assisting us with things we ordered.

I really want to like this place because I work nearby, but everytime I end up disappointed in the food. I don’t know if it’s because it’s take out, but the food isn’t great.
I tried the lamb, which lacked flavor and was dry. It was not worth $30.
I tried the Thai chicken noodle salad, which I had to throw away after a few bites.
I tried another dish, and was still disappointed. The grass fed sandwich was dry and cold after a few minute of receiving it. It lacked any flavor.
On another day, I tried their sea bass, which lacked flavor and was dry.
The only decent thing I had was at least the chicken Cobb salad…

We love Urban Plates. No matter which one you go to they are all great, but we love this location.
They have nice seating, the place is spotless and the service is always great. They are super nice there and know the menu well.
Everyone will love this place. It has meat, vegetarian and vegan items. They are all good.
We love their sliders and all of their burger and meat dishes. They also have great salads and drinks.
They have desserts that are super.
Urban Plates is a chain, but it is a really good one. The prices are just a wee high, but fine.
The food is always fresh and most made from scratch.
You have to try this place. It is not huge and it can get a bit crowded, but the wait is never long and you will be very happy there.

Love coming here! Parking is on the Main Street and has never been a challenge. The atmosphere is welcoming and staff like Natalie make you feel more welcomed. Natalie made our experience celebrating our friend’s bday even more special.
Everything is good but not great. Definitely better than most fast casual restaurants because they offer full plate meals apart from the usual burger/fry combo.

What a great experience at Urban Plates and our first time to boot! Nohemi was a fantastic server and polite cashier. Our order came out correct, hot and delicious. The steak salad was cooked well done, just how she likes it (I know I know, but she's happy), and my club sandwich was tasty tasty. Overall, I am super satisfied with the dining experience, our server Nohemi's efficiency, and we will be back!
