Just a very sad experience for a Valentines Dinner. Food that was presented nicely but tasted like leftovers from 2 days ago. Inattentive servers. No host or hostess at front. Had the ribs and my wife had the steak and it was tough. It took more than hour to get our appetizers of the calamari. 2nd time here and will not be coming back. It's too bad because the outdoor seating is lovely.

Ordered burger and salad for $50 I sort of think grills aren’t too healthy these days because it’s not kept clean from the char. I prefer salads where the kale, spinach, and lettuce is green without chunks stems. The salad is supposed to be all bite size pieces of moist greens or assorted herbs without crunchy stalks that’s diced away. If a sprinkle of celery is used that’s ok as a topper. All fresh gourmet dressings on the side with a lid to cover them. Preferential is the baked crisp accordion fries because fried is out dated these days as people eat healthier with less grease in their diet. Hotel room was nice top floor appreciated that view!

Very quiet and accomodating spot located inside the Westin Hotel. Wonderful for a few nibbles, drinks or a quiet lunch. Would be great for a business meeting or to catch up with a friend as its generally fairly quiet. Thank you for the wonderful service, nibbles, drinks, and peaceful time.

This restaurant is inside the hotel. It has indoor and outdoor seating. It’s got a full menu and it was not too loud. Very comfortable. It has those upholster chairs with wheels on them and armrest so that tells you everything you need to know!
For $16 we got guacamole and chips. Now the guacamole was very good and the salsa was warm and also very good but we were served stale chips. We were starving so we ate them, but I knew for sure they were stale because we asked for a fresh bowl of chips and the second round were crispy and tasted great

Food was extremely disappointing, I could see the "Chef" constatly being upset over tickets and FOH staff were frantically trying to fix it. Not a very relaxing environment, my turkey looks as if it was carved with teeth. Lots of inedible pieces and random chunks.

I got the burger…if you can call it that. It looks great on the outside, but was burnt to hell, and the buns and fries were flavorless. I don’t know how you mess a burger up so badly. My friend got the ahi poke and said it was really bad too. Go somewhere else.

I called to ask what accomodations they could make for gluten allergy. The person picking up the phone didn't understand and then the head chef said they could make nothing to the person on the phone to relay for me. I'm surprised a hotel restaurant doesn't cater to simple allergen requests. I expected at least something.
We had a large group and no one was pleased with their food. Everyone said “it's okay”. The rice for the bowl was cold which I didn't expect and it seemed like the tuna was previously frozen, not fresh. The chips brought to the table were stale. We had 2 servers. One was friendly and was making an effort, the other was not trying at all. The atmosphere is great. But this place could do a lot better.

They set up a table for 12 for us with 10 minutes notice and did an outstanding job. Great food, service and atmosphere!

A great terrace with unbelievably poor service and questionable food, specially outside of the breakfast service. One waitress for the whole restaurant at night. Many of the few options offered are not available. Despite that, prices are quite high. Overall, a disappointment ?
