Bad BBQ indeed... Nothing BUT cayenne on the chicken... Unsalted, BAD. Service was fine, but still if you're not that good with spicy food, would not recommend. And also, if you are not a fan of violent diarrhea, would not recommend....

I have been back to Bubbas over and over and over, it has always been consistent and delicious. I try to go there at least a few times a week but I dont always have time. Christina and her husband are really great people and the service st their restaurant has always been exceptional. I've always said , after having paid a decent price for 'so so food I would have paid more if it blew my hair back, well Bubbas is priced just right! The restaurant is always clean and Christina is literally running around and making sure everyone is taken care of and satisfied. They even have surprise B day parties for customers!! They truly are a family restaurant! Thanks Christina and the whole Bubbas BBQ team!

Nothing special, in my opinion.Ribs were not seasoned to my liking. Tasted mostly of pepper. Beans, I tasted, but didn't eat. Won't be going back any time soon.

Food and services is great. The pulled pork sandwich is my absolute favorite. I have gotten it the last 4 times and it never seems to disappoint. The staff always welcomes me in as soon as I walk through the door with a “Hi!! Welcome in.” As I am walking out they always say “thank youuuu!”

This place has really fallen off... being completely empty should have been my first sign... went in to do the birthday meal with my son... no more sit and order... its a over priced lower quality slow fast food restaurant... you order at a counter now and they want to much money for low quality food... so hope it closes and something good fills the spot...

facility was awesome, very large and decor's well. slightly disappointing as this resembles a fast food joint. you must order food and drink from the counter, get your own food, drink, eating utensils from the counter when thy call your name. if you want additional water, beer, soft drink you need to revisit the counter to place your new additional order. ordered the combo plate with 1/2 chicken and smoked ribs. chicken was good but average. pork ribs were slathered in sauce and four ribs were mostly fat and not very good without the sauce. we were there over an hour, and not one time does anyone come from behind the counter. buss your own table, and they are asking for a tip on your receipt. not sure I would revisit.

Service is horrible, had the tri tip special and the coleslaw was old, asked to change it and was charged a full price to get Mac and cheese. Plus spoke to lady in English and she replied in Spanish. I wasn't aware I had crossed the border.

First time trying Big Bubba's Bad BBQ. The cashier wasn't very helpful and didn't know the menu. We ordered brisket, pork ribs, and onion rings. The brisket was dry. Pork ribs were tasty and tender. We thought the onion rings were terrible and very hard to eat and overpriced. I don't think we will return soon.

I just want to let every staff member and customer know that the Owner of this food concept Roger Sharp was on social media bragging about replacing workers with Pepper the Robot. I don't know about you but I wouldn't support any billionaire that wanted to replace hardworking folks with a robot.

Late February we took our 2 grown kids and their families to Bubbas, 10 of us in total. After each ordered & I went to pay, the person at the register stated there was a 25% "service charge". It caught me off guard, but I paid without question. 25% of our bill was a huge amount. Could you explain why this was tacked on? The customer orders at the counter. Customer seats themselves. Customer picks food up at the counter. Customer fills their own sodas. Customer busses their own table. At no time did staff come to the table to ask if everything was ok. *** Food was ok for a chain bbq. Most dishes came out on the cool side, which we thought because of the cold metal tray it was served on. Counter staff was friendly. Probably won't be back, especially with a group.

Christina was such a pleasure to interact with! We stopped by on our way to Monterey, since the smell was heavenly! The ambiance really goes for the western saloon theme which was so fun! We both ordered the ribs, which were bigger than expected. The food was delicious and Christina was a blast to chat with! We'll definitely be stopping by here again soon!

We have been coming to this restaurant on and off for the last 10 years or so..it's always been good until last night. There were 3 workers..I running the register and 2 cooks..we waited about 10 minutes just to take our order because there was 1 customer in front and now it's order then find your own table..no more table service..food was ok..smoked brisket looked and tasted undercooked so I ordered the chicken fingers and macaroni salad..I guess that was my mistake since I ended up with diarrhea all night long..needless to say we are never going back. The girl that was running the registers wasn't very friendly either. The Ambiance was cold..and gloomy.
