The food is really good. The pretzel is amazing. The wait staff is extremely sub par. We had to grab our own menus after 20 minutes. There was maybe 3 other tables seated at the time. After we got our food, the waitress asked if we wanted refills and didn't come back for at least 45 minutes. Still only had 4 or 5 tables seated. We also heard the table behind us complaining that no one had come by to order and they had been there almost 30 minutes.
The food and atmosphere here was amazing. It’s a great theme for a restaurant and the fact that you can grab your beers/wines at your own leisure is awesome.
The biggest problem is the service. We came in and were initially greeted by our server who brought us waters and our beverage cards. After that the service pretty much disappeared. We ended up grabbing our own menus and had to flag down our server to even take our order.
