Cattlemen's Lounge, located upstairs from a steakhouse in the Paso Robles Hotel, offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for dining. The Helen's Haunting Cocktail is a standout, and the grilled salmon is superb. The restaurant also serves delicious prime rib with a generous amount of sides at reasonable prices. Some reviewers mention the burger and margarita flatbread as being really good, and the spinach and artichoke dip has been described as the best ever. The bar upstairs opens at 2 pm, making it a great spot for a quick drink or a relaxing evening. The staff, including servers like Ian and Megan, are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Overall, Cattlemen's Lounge is a welcoming place to enjoy a meal, with a cozy vibe and tasty food.
