No idea why Yelp threw away my previous review. This is one of my very favorite wineries. Their Pinot noirs are especially magnificent. The staff is knowledgeable and charming. They also have outdoor picnic tables where we often have a glass of wine and a picnic lunch.

I had the pleasure of tasting with Cordant Winery Troy and DeAnn were the most incredible hosts. What was really fantastic to me was their Pinots. Completely changed my mind on what I thought about Pinot. I was enamored with all their wines and highly recommend stopping by or making a reservation. Their cool climate Syrah and Grenache were also fantastic.Finished with the 21 Resolution a Grenache Blanc/Roussanne/Picpul blend was the perfect palate cleanser to finish with as well.I am so happy I stumbled over this. Always fun to stop by Cordant and see the great expressions of Pinot Noir that they make. With the climate being what it is in Paso, there aren't as many Pinots, so it's nice when a winemaker knows where to source from to make a good product. The tasting room is warm and inviting, and the service matches. We had an appointment and when we arrived, they had the couch area set with glasses just for us. They even brought out a few bites of cheese and some crackers. We had great wines and even better conversation with the server about wine, Paso and everything else. We're already club members and looking forward to opening the current shipment

So what is it with Cordant & Nelle? Well, Cordant & Nelle has some syrah and pinot noir that you don't want to pass over.Tasting $ 25 Membership available is you wish.Casual, unassuming winery.

This place is "Amazing ", fantastic wines(we joined btw) Amber is so friendly, and knowledgeable. Place is cozy, Highly recommended you stop in here and try the wines, the Pinots are Amazing!!!

Visited upon recommendation at a different tasting room we visited the day prior, and so glad to have found this gem!Thoroughly enjoyed every wine and joined their wine club.Reservations were easy to make by phone, and they allow walk ins if space is available. Our wine tasting was on a picnic bench outside and the owner, Tyler, poured the wines and sat with us the whole time. It was fun to hear more about the wine and enjoy conversation about the local area.Can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful host, Evan, and the wines are excellent. The marriage of Monterey grapes and those from Santa Barbara produce a rich, full bodied wine.Paso Robles did not disappoint!
