Cordant Winery, located at the Ramada Row entrance to Tin City, offers a warm and inviting tasting room experience. The winery specializes in Pinot Noir, with a climate that allows for great expressions of the grape. Their cool climate Syrah and Grenache are also popular. The 21 Resolution, a Grenache Blanc/Roussanne/Picpoul blend, is a perfect palate cleanser. Troy and DeAnn are praised as incredible hosts, providing excellent service and knowledgeable conversation. Complimentary cheese and crackers are offered to guests. Cordant Winery has a wine club with regular shipments.
