Went here on a Saturday evening was able to get seating pretty quick. Happy with service, the servers answered all our questions about food and made effort to clarify with chef if they weren't sure. Food cane quick to the table. As for the food its pretty delicious but you will need to order more unless you are a light eater. Ordered 2 vegetarian Pizza's and I liked both.

Wow! We haven't been to Della's for a couple of years but were blown away by the new menu, drinks, and fantastic service! Not exactly sure what has changed, but keep doing more of this!!!

We got there last minute before closing and got seated at the bar. Service was great! The ambiance / vibe was perfect and you could smell the pizza as soon as you opened the doors. Highly recommended. Hot Honey PizzaFried Artichokes

ummm yum!!! If you are in downtown Paso and craving some unique pizza and gin , Dellas is your place! the atmosphere is very lively especially on the weekends but the waitress could keep up with all our drink orders! We got a spicy fig pizza delicious like i still crave it! All the drinks we tried were bomb you can't go wrong!

Came in for dinner tonight and ordered 3 entrees between 3 people. There was a 20 min gap between the first and second entree.. and after waiting another 20 mins the third entree never came so we cancelled it. Ironically the final 2 entrees were the same dish. Not sure how we got one and not the other.The server offered dessert, we ordered the key lime pie. Nothing was comped. The manager never came to apologize AND the price of one of the entrees was $8 over what the menu said.They were also out of a few items.Atrocious job by the kitchen and management.

This place has great ambience and solid cocktails. Unfortunately the food does not match the quality of the esthetics of the restaurant. Calamari was over cooked. The sautéed mushroom appetizer was salty and tough, and looked like something from the series The Last Of Us. We ordered five entrees. They all were served staggered at different times. I had to ask a manager(?) about the status of my pizza after the first 4 entrees were brought out. I was told another 2 mins which turned out to be more like 10. We ordered two chicken Parmesan. 6/10. Bland sauce. One bolognese (little to no beef in the sauce 5/10. Salmon not sure about the rating on that one. My friend ate the salmon but not the sides. Lastly, gluten free pizza smoke show. The crust was soggy mush. Toppings left a lot to be desired. Ranch and Parmesan for the pizza was extra charge. I would never order a pizza here again. Tip to the kitchen: try cooking the GF crust first before adding the toppings and then throw it back in the oven. 0/10. After I've had GF pizza from Bello Forno in Orcutt, the bar is set pretty high. Server tried her best. Pizza and sides were taken off the bill. Manager never followed up to see how we were doing. I was really wanting this restaurant to come through. I first visited here 3 years ago and the food was delicious. Not sure what's happened. I would stick to cocktails for this place. To sum it up - Don't come here hungry.

Tai (manager, maybe owner?) rocks! We ate at Della and had a conversation about one of our food items. Tai was able to educate us on the dish and the conversation turned to winery recommendations. He spent time with us and also brought us up to speed on current crop conditions. He also mentioned that the local Albertsons had a great wine selection.Pizza was great, service even better, we will be back!

Food was decent...but be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for everything here. Example:$2 side of ranch $1 for a small side of Parmesan cheese (for a pizza)$12 for 3 club sodas. Too bad for them they won't ever get anymore of my business. Good thing Paso has a ton of options and great restaurants to choose from.
Lively atmosphere, friendly service and seriously incredible pizza!! We got the Girl Crush and it was awesome - pepperoni, jalapeño and hot honey deliciousness. We also got the artichokes as a starter and they were shockingly good - would highly recommend! Fun cocktails too - if you're a small party sit at the bar! Loved our time at Della's!

We loved this spot! Out first night in Paso we stopped in for a pizza and a cocktail which were so delicious we came back the second night for round two. The chicken Parm was the best I've had outside of NY. Both pizzas were great but the Girl Crush was my favorite. Service was excellent both days. Hope we can return here some day soon!
