Have been visiting Paso Robles since 2018. Wasn’t able to make it into Desparada for some reason or another until this past weekend. We have been missing out! Wines were amazing, and the staff were so nice and then there’s also Tilly! We joined the wine club! Don’t miss out!
Easily one of the best in the area for a tasting, specially if you love white wines. Christian is incredibly knowledgeable not just about their wines but about wines and the area in general. His restaurant recommendations are also spot on! If you’re looking for a great tasting experience DO NOT miss out on Desparada!
ABSOLUTELY love this place!!! I came back in September 24 for a tasting with a friend, the 2022 Carmen Sauvignon Blanc was my favorite & I plan on ordering some to be shipped soon cause I miss it!!!
