We have tried the 24 hour donut spot on Spring and Twisted Glaze multiple times and the donuts here are the best. My favorite donut is a glazed twist. It has to be fluffy and glazed all over. This place always gets it right. The 24 hour donut and twisted glaze had the exact same terrible twist. They were both really dense and the glaze was awful. I wouldn't be surprised if the twisted glaze didn't just buy their donuts from the 24 hour spot. I don't know what the complaints are about customer service because we always have an extremely pleasant experience. They are so nice to me and my son.

These are the best dang donuts in town, it's unfortunate that they have the worst service in town!!!!!! Customer service is number one, it makes me so upset every single time I go in here and I go in here often but I leave in an irritated mood from being treated very poorly.

Carry cash because the lady will charge you $1 to use your card and will be super rude about it (but that's probably because we were Mexican - she was all smiles with the white people before and after us). She also did not give us napkins and put the donuts in a bag too small for them. Top it all off: the donuts weren't even that good.So, Lady Who Hates Mexicans - if you're gonna serve racist donuts...at least make them taste good, especially when there a McDonald's right across the street playing your game ? better.

All this with glaze makes it a delightful experience to bite into. The couple who own the place are incredibly nice. It's always bright and clean inside. It's an oasis of yumminess.

Don't trust them.The donuts are adequate but overpriced.More importantly, I went in and asked if I could get a custom order. The woman at the counter told me no problem - just call the day before.I did that the next week and the guy that answered the phone said no way - what if you don't show up? No offer to pay in advance or any other solution. Didn't care that I had received a whole different story from another staffer. Went to SloDoCo in Atascadero who handled my custom order beautifully.I live right near these clowns but will never go there again.
