Absolutely the best donuts in North County! What sets them apart is the dough. It's soft, but not airy. It's sweet but not too sweet. The texture is a perfect density. All this with glaze makes it a delightful experience to bite into. The couple who own the place are incredibly nice. It's always bright and clean inside. It's an oasis of yumminess.

We have tried the 24 hour donut spot on Spring and Twisted Glaze multiple times and the donuts here are the best. My favorite donut is a glazed twist. It has to be fluffy and glazed all over. This place always gets it right. The 24 hour donut and twisted glaze had the exact same terrible twist. They were both really dense and the glaze was awful. I wouldn't be surprised if the twisted glaze didn't just buy their donuts from the 24 hour spot. I don't know what the complaints are...read full review
