Unexpected surprise for hotel restaurant. We had low expectations since our cross country travels didn't provide many fabulous hotel dining experiences. Boy, were we pleasantly impressed with our dinner and the service. The branzino and chicken Milanese entrees were fabulous! In the morning we made sure we ate there again and were even MORE pleased! The avocado toast and California omelet were delicious! If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to eat there again!
It's good to have Enoteca open again as it's been a favorite for many years. The menu is not huge but just big enough to offer an array of choices and all are done to perfection. Great cocktails, great service, great ambiance and great food makes for a near perfect dining experience.
The best hotel bar in Paso Robles! The food is delicious and paired well with a variety of drink options. A huge shoutout to the chef! I can't rave enough about the staff. Everyone you speak with there is accommodating and knowledgeable. It makes a difference when you are greeted with a friendly face. 10/10 recommend!
