First time coming here the other night . I have to say the service was top notched and our waiter was great . I had the lasagna it was delicious . My mother had the eggplant Parmesan and she said it was really good and my dad had the special something with sausage and that was really good as well . If you like Italian food you must come try them they are in tin city Paso .definitely will be back
A friend had recommended that we stop by Etto Pasta Bar so we finally did. We absolutely loved it. Service was great, the food arrived fast, and it was delicious. I ordered the pistachio and arugula pesto with a lavender spritzer and my partner ordered the allá gricia over the corona bean. I’m usually wary about eating pesto at restaurants since I make my own at home and it never tastes as good as I make it… but this pesto was *chefs kiss*. The perfect amount of salt, olive oil, and the arugula added a wonderful citrus taste. Highly recommend. After our meal, the manager Josh stopped by our table to check in and ask us how we liked the food. I appreciated that as I feel that most managers tend to stay away from tables unless there is a problem to resolve. He let us know they will be changing their menu (and pesto) in the near future. We will happily stop by again to taste the changes.

After a day (or morning) of wine tasting, there’s no better time for Italian food. Etto Pasta Bar, located in Tin City, is one worth going to. A bit of a different approach than a traditional Italian restaurant, you order at a counter, pay, and then take your number to the seat of your choosing. But don’t let the number fool you - service is swift, helpful, and kind. It wasn’t longer than ten minutes that we had our salad and pasta dish in front of us. Be warned or excited - these portions are sizable and great for sharing (especially the salads). The Caesar salad had the most amazing dressing and the amatriciana pasta dish was to die for. Simple, and perfectly executed. Go to Etto, you won’t regret it.

The food is not authentic and made me sick. The olive tapenade was made with poor quality green pimento olives. The only parmesan they offered was paper packets of parmesan that you would get with your pizza delivery. How does an Italian or pasta place not offer fresh parmesen? Don't waste your time on this tour trap. I will spare the public from the details on how badly I was sick after eating here.

Food quality and service has been pretty consistent. Two years in a row that we visited this place to celebrate a special occasion and both times, food and service were 👌

The pasta here is delicious! But we ordered take out and the portions were a lot smaller than we imagined... :( . We forgot to make a reservation but the ladies at the counter were kind to us regardless. I just have to say though, the garlic bread is absolute heaven! Still an amazing experience!

Just got the frozen ravioli, bolognese, very authentic Italian. I had eaten the mushroom variety served by friends previously, also good.

The first time we went here we went for lunch and it was so good we went for dinner that same day. The pasta was delicious, we had pesto and spaghetti with meatballs. the Caesar salad was great. I wish they'd bring the croutons back LOL.

Been a couple times. They're pesto pasta dishes change with seasons and are the FRESHEST, most unique pesto dishes I've ever had. I also love the mushroom pasta, that's the best one. I don't think they have chicken. But the chocolate cake is heavenly, we couldn't stop eating it!!! Out back they have a small waterfall. Free for Miss sized parties ( no more that 7 if researching inside) smaller inside area. Fun bar, yummy drinks!

I will join the multitude of others in praising this great local Italian restaurant. My wife and I happened to walk in without a reservation on a Monday night -- which turned out to be Lasagne Night. The room was filled, yet we did not have to wait long and were promptly seated and attended to by Veronica (a/k/a Vicky). What a treat! Extensive wine list, wide selection of pasta and other dishes and a friendly atmosphere filled with happy folks eating fresh Italian food (no gloppy sauces here). Great find -- check it out!

Everything was great but I don't like the way the waiter puts the credit card machine on the table and then watches what button you push for the tip. It's like they're begging for a tip. Don't get me wrong. The service was good but uncomfortable. Other than that I would highly recommend it
