Lunch for 4 on a Monday. The restaurant is extremely clean and well spaced. We ordered and sat at an empty table. We ordered the following, Polpette, the focaccia, the mighty cap mushroom pasta dish, the lasagna colognes, and a coffee. I must say, the mighty cap mushroom pasta was the best dish to date I have ever had. The sauce was nice and creamy, packed with flavor in every single bite! Danica was at the register, and Garrett served us water. Both were so sweet. A must come in for some extremely tasteful dishes.

Server Thomas was so helpful to us when three of us went in for lunch at 1:00 on Wednesday. Two of the three of us were not visibly disabled but in fact were. We asked Thomas if he could take our order and he said he could and we appreciated that. The food was outstanding we absolutely love the focaccia, one of us is in love with the meatballs another one loved to the sausage. Everything was delicious. If we ate outside I would have given the environment five, but we ate inside and it was a little noisy. But so wonderfully good to eat there. Don't miss this place.

Pro: The pasta was very tasty. Con: They gave me the wrong pasta. I told the waiter that, and said they can make me it if I wanted, but we waited so long for our meal I said no. It is also very loud there. Maybe it was just the dining groups around us with the wine flowing, but we both felt like we had to talk loud to hear each other. The biggest complaint was the lack of attention we had. The two of us had to wait much longer than the larger groups to receive our meal. After 20 min I timed it, it was over 45 min to receive our dishes, while the other tables received their appetizers and meal before we received our meal. I noticed the manger? head waiter? not sure of his title, went to every table to pour their wine, make sure everything was ok, but not once came to ours, maybe because their tab was going to be larger? Maybe because he knew we were waiting so long for our meal and didn't want to hear a complaint? Who knows? I did see him looking at us, so I know he knew we were there. Bottom line, pasta was good (even though it was not what I ordered), but the atmosphere, service and long wait for food lacked a desire to make a second trip.

We had a great dinner at Etto Pasta Bar recently for my moms birthday. This was my second visit and both times we had a wonderful experience. Their back patio is adorned with colorful wall paintings and a beautiful waterfall feature [which is helpful in drowning out other guests, but still allows you to hear the people at your own table] - it sets a fun and peaceful ambiance. Our waiter was great at checking in on us and the staff even took the time to bring out a bin of fuzzy blankets that we could choose to use - they were nice when the breeze picked up later in the evening. Our food was delicious, and we ordered an array of different dishes. My choice was their pesto pasta which was not overly salty (which I prefer) and it left me feeling full (even with the choice of going with their GF spaghetti squash alternative). Each of the other dishes looked expertly crafted with fresh pasta ingredients and lots of flavor. Additionally, they gave my mom an array of birthday desserts to choose from - she went with their Tiramisu which was light and delicious.Overall, we had a great experience and it was nice to have another restaurant to choose from as we're so limited in our County. This would be a great birthday spot or an easy date night out - bonus points for being in Tin City next to plenty of other easy to walk to spots for dessert or a beer afterwards!

Very nice place to dine. The patio landscaping and lighting provide an intimate evening setting. The food is delicious but the servings are on the lighter side. Fortunately, the menu and the waiter mentions the weighted dish so one is not surprised when you are served. I give alot of restaurants 5 stars but it's not everyday that you leave a restaurant wanting a bit more to eat. Please do not let that detract you from dining here. The food was very delicious and everyone in our party was more than happy with their meal.

I wasn’t keen on the idea that you order as you walk in. It wasn’t explained to us so we were lost on that step. We felt awkward and rushed when asking questions about the menu by the hostess. The food however was good as was the atmosphere. It would be nice if there was service after food arrives and that each plate should get bread.. The little things make a huge difference. Being unfamiliar with lack of service I would not have tipped 20% at the door . We tip for excellent service . Sorry but business model may need adjusting.

Amazing Italian dishes.....I don't like pasta, but my husband does ....however, I did order the Pomodoro (add mushrooms) dish....and the pasta texture was perfect....but the pasta sauce.....show stopper! It was flavorful, thick, chunky..... delicious. our server explained each dish was 100g of pasta - but the dish felt bigger/ it was filling on its own. We also had the Cioppino - Amazing! Again....the broth was unreal / delicious. Would highly recommend - especially after a day of wine tastings, it's nice to have a carb heavy dinner.Dietary restrictions: Able to accommodate no dairy :)
