This place was recommended to us by local tasting room staff. We were staying at an Airbnb in Paso and did not want to go out to dinner. Stopped here. Purchased amazing ravioli, great sauce, some beautiful fresh tomatoes, local bread and made an absolutely wonderful dinner. The delightful shop ladies helped us pick the perfect pasta and sauce. This is my new Happy spot. Will certainly stopped by every time I am staying in paso.

Great pasta good atmosphere. Was a little disappointed with the service. But it is some of the best lasagna I have had in a restaurant. The sauce was excellent not to overpowering perfect blend of pasta sauce and cheese. I will definitely be back.

Authentic Italian pasta bar in Tin City. The ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. There is inside and outside seating. We had the Etto Caesar (classic with fried brussel sprouts) and the iconic Roman Cacio e Pepe with lots of pecorino romano and fresh cracked pepper. Molto Delizioso. An Italian grocery store is attached to the restaurant. Helpful Hint: Balance your Tin City wine-tasting with a relaxing stop at Etto’s.

Great variety of Italian staples and local artisan foodstuff.

Instead of lasagne this time I had an Italian sandwich. It was good I wish they could offer a softer bead as to not rip up the roof of your mouth.

They advertise as having fresh made pasta but our meal was anything but. The cacao e pepe was chewy and gummy. The ravioli was like children's paste. The meatballs had way too much pepper. Our server was very polite and helpful

Joined by a group of 5 friends we excitedly ordered 4 dishes: burrata, lasagna, mushroom pasta, and cioppino. The burrata was nice with a bright pesto, however the asparagus pieces should have been made smaller. The lasagna was delicious but a little too soft. The mushroom pasta had a great variety of mushrooms but the flavor was a little too simple and earthy. The cioppino was great, but for the cost I expected more. There is also a 20% gratuity included for parties of 6 or more.

My wife & I picked up refrigerated entrees to go, each one $15. Her lasagna was substantial & well-made. My eggplant parmesan turned out to be 3 small slices.

Excellent Italian food in tin city. Everything was fresh. Eclectic menu options. Good list of local Italian wines and Italian wines. A little loud when crowded but worth the fight over dinner conversation. Make reservations or you are not getting
