This is a small Italian eatery that came recommended from a friend. It's located in downtown Paso Robles. They have inside as well as patio seating. They gave us an option of a table for two that was right next to the food pass from the kitchen or a table for two that was right next to the bar. Personally, they should get rid of both of those tables. Our server was nice and explained the menu. While explaining the specials, however, the server neglected to mention the cost...
Food, service and ambience were outstanding. The filet was cooked perfectly and the homemade pasta was flavorful. The black truffle risotto was delicious and comparable to what I had in Italy. Highly recommend for an upscale experience!
Always superlative food and service. Truly the best restaurant in town. Not inexpensive, but a much better value proposition than the other recommended Michelin starred or mentioned restaurants in Paso Robles. Weekend reservations are difficult. Make them a few weeks ahead of time!
