Went through the drive thru on Thursday, had a worked named Jasmin take my order- such a lovely cashier, she was smiling and being so polite. Adding on she reassured my order was correct by reading it to me at the window. 10/10 customer service

They told us to park out in the front because the order was not ready and after 20 minutes of waiting for our order we went inside to see what was going on and our food was sitting on the counter. They didn't have the courtesy to bring our food out after making us wait ... Our food was cold and soggy

Their burgers are actually pretty darn good but the 1 star is because I paid 4 FRIGGIN DOLLARS FOR A WATERED DOWN MEDIUM SOFTDRINK!! Look, I know beverages represent huge profit margins but this has easily surpassed any sense of decency in business and moved into the criminally absurd. Fast food has seriously priced itself out of a market for me not because I can't afford it, rather, I won't contribute to rampant unchecked corporate greed. Good bye JIB, may statistical anomalies be in your favor.
