Our Cairjn wine tasting was a great experience. Our host Victor couldn’t have been more accommodating as we sampled some of the best wines made in Paso Robles.
Excellent wines, thoughtfully and lovingly presented by a gracious and entertaining staff. Do yourself a favor and experience one of the best kept secrets in Paso Robles for yourself!
We were blown away by our visit to the Cairjn Wine Cellar. Aside from great tasting wine, Victor took the time to tell us the Cairjn story, explain the wine making process, and take us on a tour. Even the owner, Andy, was able to break away from winemaking to meet with us. The experience and wine was simply fantastic.
