When a car with 4 kids and one adult orders lunch and then asks for 5 waters, it doesn't make any sense to tell them, "sorry, the limit is 3." Just give your paying customers their water... a little common sense. So if one guy ordered two tacos and 3 ice waters I suspect there would be no issue... just use common sense.
