We are so lucky to have this wonderful bakery in Paso Robles. The store is bright and cheerful, the workers are very friendly and (is this the most important thing??) the baked goods are fresh and delicious. As a Paso resident who has enjoyed these treats many times, I can recommend Just Baked very highly. You won't be disappointed. BTW, the almond croissants are outstanding

PHENOMENAL!!!! Just Baked is always busy and it’s easy to see why. Last night they were open for a special downtown event amd although the line was out the door, they just kept restocking and the assortment was huge (and delicious!!). The owner was there paying attention to every detail, the staff was lovely and handled the hectic pace with grace, but the pastries stand on their own and are arguably the best we’ve ever had. Always our first stop in Paso!!!

Had the most amazing gluten free treats…the best I have had in a long time. We always search out gluten free treats when we travel and the blueberry scone was so incredible as was the chocolate chip cookie! My craving for these after returning home could make our next trip to beautiful Paso wine country come much sooner! :) Thank you for having these options for those of us that are gluten free! 👏

Our family has been going to just baked for years, there desserts are beautifully presented and delicious! I recently got married in Big Sur and with such a remote location we had a difficult time locating a bakery that would deliver a wedding cake and desserts. I went to Libby thinking it would not even be an option. She happily with out hesitation said they’d take on the task!! Our cake and desserts turned out perfect, she took a huge weight off of my shoulders!

We just stopped here on a whim and we’re greatly surprised. The staff were very friendly and there was a great supply of cookies and breakfast pastry items. One of the best ginger cookies I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Just Baked is my absolute favorite bakery. I live in Morro and frequently drive into Paso just for cupcakes/cookies. If you are in the area, they are a must try! There is not a single item that I have ever been disappointed with.
They have cakes that are ready for pickup so for birthdays/events you can just walk in and pick out a ready made cake. They are beautiful and tasty! Highly recommend the confetti cake.

My Wife and I have frequented this Bakery many times now. Service has always been very friendly. We have tried each of the cookies and a handful of different pastries now, all have been very tasty. Cookies are a must! The Peanut Butter Brittle is a favorite! Followed by their Flagship chocolate chip, vanilla bean and Ginger. If you are a fan of a rice crispy treat, absolutely try their Brown Butter Rice Crispy Treat, it is AMAZING! Atmosphere is very inviting and you can always get your treats and sit across the street at the park and people watch. ?

Went twice while in town for gluten free chocolate muffin. So moist and delicious! The staff was warm welcoming and a little sassy! The toast off egg bites for carmelized yum factor.
