The cashier angel was great! He is one of the reasons I will be back for sure.. the food is always good but the customer service from him was the best I have seen there in so long. If you go in and see angel you are going to have the best experience.
We arrived around 4pm and not many guest in their lobby. Notice a big puddle of water in their kitchen and staff walking through it. 13 tables and 4 are clean the rest are dirty.Ordered a original 2 piece and Chicken was tough and extra crispy.

Well, if I would've known it had this bad reviews the staff suck and are the definition of miserable people just horrible impatient tones, an attitude the girl might as well have thrown the food at me. I'm speechless. Had to drive through a gigantic pile of leaves while the gardeners created in the middle of the drive-through I'm talking this was wild.

This is the KFC in Paso Robles California the chicken was old and sat under a heat lamp the prices are unheard of now. Got an eight piece meal and it was 30 something dollars. It was not worth the drive to go get that chicken. Beware of this

I'd give it a zero, but there's not an option. Waited 30 min in the parking lot for our 2 person order and didn't even get what we ordered. I've seen a ton of bad reviews here and obviously the owner doesn't care. So...I suggest you start disputing the charges on your card
The management is horrible. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken only, specifying that I only wanted thighs and drumsticks. They screwed up the order three times. First, I was charged an extra $12 or so for sides, which I did not want. Second I was told I had ordered 10 pieces, when I had paid for 12. Third, when I finally received my order it was a mixture of white and dark meat. The workers are filling orders frantically, but there is no excuse for the level of incompetence they displayed. While I was waiting for my order, they screwed up another order. They need to get their act together. KFC is a great product (although you should only eat it rarely if you don't want to be fat) but franchise owners and their managers need to do better.

Screw all the bad reviews this place does an awesome job. Friendly staff, it’s always been clean when I’ve been in there, and you just can’t get fried chicken this good anywhere. I have to go out of my way to get to this location as I’m not in Paso much, but whenever I am I order through the app a little bit ahead of time and my food is always hot and ready for me when I come here! Can’t wait until my next excuse for stopping by here!
