The best chicken katsu I have had! thick juicy and so crispy! The plate was huge literally like 10 good size pieces of chicken 2 scoops rice 1 scoop Mac salad and a bed of veggies under the chicken also got the spam musubis so good!
We ordered the food for my son’s rehearsal dinner! It was a complete hit. Everybody loved the food and was talking about how good it was for weeks after the rehearsal. We ordered spam musubis, kalbi, rice, chicken katsu, bbq chicken and Mac salad. It was just wonderful!!
Great food, reasonably priced, large portions of meat!!

KOMO HAWAIIAN BBQ is a good addition to Paso Robles walk. The food is amazing, with good portion sizes and reasonable prices. The chicken katsu is thick, juicy, and crispy, and the chicken bbq is delicious. Other menu items include spam musubis, kalbi, short ribs, rice, bbq chicken, Mac salad, and freshly prepared spring rolls. The service is good and friendly. Some find the veggies not for them, and a little less salt would be great, but there are no complaints in family or friend groups. The chairs are horrible to sit on, so sitting outside is recommended. Counter seating is available where you order, or other options around the building. Hopefully they'll soon have their own space.
