LXV Wine & Pairings Downtown Tasting Room

Spices were intense but overall experience was excellent

What a delightful find! LXV offers an incredibly unique experience that will leave you wondering how you could ever return to a traditional wine tasting again! They pair their beautifully blended wines with spices from around the world all while weaving a story of the human experience of continual growth and betterment. Matthew was personable, adaptable, and deeply knowledgeable. This was not a memorized script but a sharing from a much deeper experience and love of what he does! Do not miss this experience!!

I am used to wine tastings at the vineyard, so was a little underwhelmed with the downtown tasting room, but it was comfortable and convenient to where we were staying. The spice pairing is unique, delicious and totally worth it. The wines were good and our host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

The spice pairing option is a must-do. It really brings out the subtle flavor complexities in each of the wines. Niyoki did a great job introducing each wine, describing the process & terroir without influencing our tasting. Her knowledge as a prior chef helped her to answer our questions about pairing different foods.

Neeta warmed my heart, her authenticity and expansive knowledge are fabulous traits! I felt like we've known each other for years. The spice pairings are insanely good. She also pays homage to her winemakers and vineyard teams who keep the operations running. Matt was a pleasant and wonderful staff member, I'm thankful to him for sharing his expertise. They will surely see me again and LXV is a MUST visit while in Paso!

LXV is magical. We have been there a few times now. It is one of the few wineries that we always say that it is, each time, even better than we remembered. So smooth, so berrilicious (made up word but it works!), complex, and just so enjoyable. Now our goal is to resist temptation and actually let them age! We bought a 2015 this time, among others, so we would have one to drink now! Neeta was there and so gracious as was everyone who helped us today! Join this wine club too! Well worth it!

Recently joined this winery, best decision ever. We attended the pick up party which was so much fun, great wine, food and a fantastic movie. Can't forget the photo booth hilarious and so relaxing. Thanks to Neeta and Kunal for such a great time and again at the tasting room. Well worth exploring

Wines we're good, cheese was good and they were good together. I liked the vibe but we were off to the side of the building. Did not love that the host sat with us the entire time. She was very pleasent and gave good recommendations for the area. Wines we're expensive too.

This place is the only winery I am a member at because it is some of the best wine I've ever had. Yes, it's a little pricey but sooo worth it. The hospitality in the tasting room is unmatched and you have to try the spice pairing with the tasting, very unique flavor experience.

had an amazing eye opening experience guided by John ! the spice pairing was unlike anything I had expected to happen in Paso. the tasting room location was conveniently located in downtown which was a nice change from driving into the countryside. the vibe was a mix of South Asian, French and SoCal . no one visiting the region should miss this one.

LXV has exceptional wines! We belong to both clubs , regular club and Meso. The owners are beautiful people. The spices are amazing. All the staff are great! We can’t say enough about this winery. Thank you !
