had an amazing eye opening experience guided by John ! the spice pairing was unlike anything I had expected to happen in Paso. the tasting room location was conveniently located in downtown which was a nice change from driving into the countryside. the vibe was a mix of South Asian, French and SoCal . no one visiting the region should miss this one.
LXV has exceptional wines! We belong to both clubs , regular club and Meso. The owners are beautiful people. The spices are amazing. All the staff are great! We can’t say enough about this winery. Thank you !
We decided to explore this location in an overnight trip and I am so glad we did. It was an amazing experience. The location was beautiful and tasteful. We went in for a tasting and got the cheese pairing as well. I HIGHLY recommend getting the paired cheeses. The woman who served us, Rene, was extremely knowledgeable about the wine, growing conditions, and the process of each wine.
