We drove through this morning. Totally empty drive through. The woman took 4 minutes JUST TO RESPOND to our "hello, hello." She proceeded to mess up every part of our order, she couldn't work the screen, she never said please or thank you or repeated our order. We kept being nice to her, and she kept totally disappearing from the microphone! After many minutes of waiting and trying, we finally pulled up to the window and asked for a manager, and she yelled "it's not MY fault!"...read full review
