I was particularly impressed with the thought put into the two distinct wine pairing options: a standard pairing and a reserve list. This offers fantastic flexibility depending on your preference and budget.
Christian's ability to perfectly complement Chef Odbert's innovative nine-course menu is outstanding. His commitment to finding such rare gems ensures a memorable and exclusive experience. “For the food, presentation , choices and generous sized lemon drop cocktail, I'd give it a 5 star. The only reason for 4 was because we were seated in a corner with no one around and forgotten about. Once our server made the realization, she was on it and a fantastic server!“

“My husband and I were visiting the area on our honeymoon in Paso. We came across this gem! I had a grilled chicken salad with purple cauliflower and Farro. No joke, that was the best salad I've ever had!!! our honeymoon was 5 months ago, and I still think about this salad almost daily... I'm extremely impressed by this restaurant by wowing me the first go round. If I was local, I'd eat there a few times a week.“

The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time.
