Nicora is a MUST STOP on a trip to Paso Robles! They have a beautiful tasting room and their wine is SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I hosted about 20 people in their tasting room recently, and everyone greatly enjoyed the wine and overall experience. Nick & Elissa have something so special in this winery and I highly recommend anyone gives it a try.

We had a tasting with Nic, and absolutely loved the experience. Like any great chef, Nic is using top notch ingredients to make incredible wines. My favorite stand out was a very plush 100% Grenache but everything on this menu was beautiful. Nice work Nicora!

The service was phenomenal and we were able to get an enjoyable experience and learn a lot about their processes. We weren’t planning on getting a membership but with a small producer with such incredible wines, we had to do it.

Came to Paso for a girls weekend and did a tasting at Nicora. The wine was excellent. Sarah was the host for our tasting and she was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and shared great stories about the winery. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and other spots to visit during our stay. I’d highly recommend checking it out.
Not sure this is a hidden anymore, but this place is great. Exceptional small production winery. Left with a couple of bottles.

We tasted 4 outstanding 2021 wines. Russell Family Vineyard was 100% syrah, the other 3 were blends of Sarah, Mourvedre and Grenache. All rated 93 to 94 points. Glenn, the Tasting Room manager is extremely well versed on wines from many countries and I'd say an expert on Paso Robles wines. Very happy with our Tasting and thrilled to be Club members!

We dropped into Nicora on a recommendation from Gary Irvin. I am so glad we did! Nick’s wines are absolutely amazing. I buy all I can and I have to say, this guy knows how to make wine. I am a big fan of Rhone varietals and nothing this guy makes has disappointed; of course, some are better than others, I am particularly fond of GSM, my wife SGM. He also makes some single vineyard Syrahs that are great too! Nicora has been my favorite winery for the last 2-3 years and we buy quite a bit of wine ~400 bottles/year. Try it, you’ll LOVE it!
