One Of A Kind Mexican Restaurant is a counter service spot with a small patio area. Customers stop by on road trips for one more amazing Mexican meal. The birria is outstanding, and the birria ramen is delicious with nice and tender meat and delicious broth. The Quesabirria tacos are extra fire, served with consome and described as delicious, crispy, and with lots of meat, about the size of a street taco. The carne asada quesadilla has a great portion and is not light on the meat. The chorizo breakfast burrito with potatoes has great flavor and a decent size, and the breakfast burrito is amazing and huge. The shredded beef burrito is big with well-proportioned meat, beans, rice, and cheese. The orange rice is packed with flavor, and the Horchata is perfect and fire. Chips and salsa are really crispy and freshly made, served with a tray of three sauces. The service is great and friendly, and the staff is on it. The menu is simple and does not disappoint.
