“We wanted a place in Paso Robles near the freeway that we could stop and have pizza on the way home from seeing Hearst Castle with our family. Well not only did we find a pizza place, we found a really good one and from the amount of business they where doing on a Wednesday evening I would say many people agree! It is locally owned and operated by friendly, helpful people who know how to make great food. Now if only they would open one in the Fresno/Clovis area.“

“The staff and owners always make you feel at home, like it's your first time here. We've been coming for years and the food/atmosphere is always consistent. “Shout out Luis and Tony for being so fun and kind on an empty night just before closing. Blaze is where you can get pizza >really< fast! (No 30 minute wait.) And the crust is amazing. Pizza depends on the perfect crust, in my opinion. That balance of toasty underneath but glutinous and chewy and air pockets on the inside. Blaze has the right dough and the right oven for this. Luis and Tony also had the place super shiny clean (as any good closer would).

“Visiting here from Austin Texas and went next door from our hotel to get something to eat. Bubba's BBQ was packed but we were attended to with no waiting. This place was cheerful with lots of bright colorful lighting. The young lady that took our order was very knowledgeable and friendly and the manager came over while we were waiting and asked us if we needed anything else. Our food came really fast and it was delicious! I recommend Bubba's to any visitors or Paso Robles locals.“

“Great healthy food salads and sandwiches, yogurts smoked salmon, egg burritos, chicken curry, tri tip sandwiches etc. Chef Emily always has the best attitude making food with passion.

I had the special, breaded chicken sandwich with a spring salad. For a hot summer lunch, the fresh tomatoes and pickles & lettuce hit the spot!

The banana bread cookies with pecans was amazing!
