Excellent pizza & service!
Cute little winery! Staff is very friendly. Did two wine flights that paired AMAZINGLY WELL with the salmon! The salmon was by the far our favorite!! Seasoned so well, paired so well with wines and incredibly delicious!!!
We took the TRI tip sandwich, it was warm, and the combination of cheese and beef was really good.
The desert was crunchy, and the cheese filling worked amazingly with the pistachio.
We took the wine testing, and opaque darkness is the best one by far, it goes smooth, with deep flavors.
The Riboli winery has a great selection of wine and amazing food. Tianna the General Manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. The chicken sandwich was one of the best sandwich’s I’ve had! Thanks the great experience!!
“Simply the Best”
There aren’t enough words to describe our experience when we visited the Riboli Family’s San Antonio Winery in Paso. The food and wine were exactly as described—homemade and authentic.
We ordered lasagna, margherita pizza, arugula, and Caesar salads, paired with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. The authentic flavors came through in every bite and sip. For dessert, we had tiramisu—oh la la, delicious! It felt like an Italian grandma herself was whipping it up in the kitchen.
To top it all off, the service was exceptional; the staff were warm, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. We truly loved our experience, which is why they deserve 5 stars!
The wines were not as good as I'd hoped but the experience was enjoyable overall and I did make some wine purchases to take home
Great service, went up and beyond to meet our expectations. She was always attentive to see if we needed anything else. Make us feel special, thanks Jessica. If you ever in San Antonio winery Paso Robles ask for Jessica; she will make sure you get the best service.
The bistro restaurant here deserves to be more popular than it is! Food is great, and you can enjoy a wine tasting with your lunch or dinner too like I do. Good food presentation and great outdoors eating area. I use this place as a restorative experience on my frequent journeys from SF to LA and you should too! A little hard to see from the main road 46 but look for signs.
I so enjoying my guided wine tasting with a personal charcuterie at the Riboli Family Winery. While not a wine expert, I am fascinated by the wine making process and the variety of wines that are produced. The price for this wine tasting experience was a wonderful value.
Our group's wine guide, Lacy, was interesting, affable and very hospitable. She not only shared great information about the wines we tasted but also answered our questions about the Paso Robles area (it was our first visit ?). Thank you Lacy and Riboli Family Winery for making this wine rookie feel very much at home and welcome at your business.
Beautifully decorated, friendly hosts, great place to wine taste, dine and shop

Always a great selection of wine. Food at the Bistro is very good as well. Great place to stop on the way to the coast for a break and to stock up on wine for the get away.
Great lil shop in front with wine, candles, charcuterie boards ect. Food and wine are really good. Nice outdoor seating, and staff are very attentive!
