Now I understand how they earned their Michelin star. The service was impeccable, the wine was paired perfectly & the food was, course by course, an adventure into a roller coaster flavors, textures & presentations. My wife was adventurous & wound up enjoying things that she would have never tried in years past.

This was a great tasting menu. It had a variety of flavors and textures, and a few courses that really were layered, and made you think about it. We didn't get the wine pairing, but some neighbors did and it looked fantastic. My wife declared it her favorite tasting menu so far (we've done quite a few).
