Very rude cashier and manager.Cashier got an attitude with my wife,then when I went to pay,I had a 50,she told me my change would be 5 and ones for an 11 dollar order, I then gave her my debit card and when the register open ,I saw 10 and 20 dollar bills.She then turned around shook her head and rolled her eyes at me and my wife.I then asked her for my money back and someone comes up and says is there a problem. I said yes and I want my money back.She left and the cashier went to give me my receipt, she pulled it away from me,I then grabbed it and she said oh wow.I told this is what happens when your rude and disrespectful and roll your eyes at customers. Then the manager or lead person stood behind the cashier telling me to have a nice day. I will never do business with any starbucks ever.You guys need to hire professional workers not smart asses with attitudes.

Unfortunately had a bad experience this morning here. We ordered our drinks and food and the gal at the register was not paying attention to anything. She forgot to make part of our food order. Then they made multiple people drinks and not ours including those that also just got drip coffee. We waited like 20min before I had to go up and ask, and then they made our drinks and all we ordered was drip coffee and tea which takes like a minute to make. The gal was super rude and didn’t apologize at all for forgetting all about us. All she was worried about was chatting with the guy barista on her head set. We understand people make mistakes, but the way she acted was very rude and unprofessional.

Staff is nice. Standard Starbucks fare for food. But I don't understand how anybody can rate this place as comfortable. It's really not a place to come and sit and relax.
