I have visited this restaurant very frequently within the last couple of years since I work nearby, and I have received rude service on multiple occasions from this location. It is not unusual to hear relatively loud Hispanic music playing from within the restaurant loud speakers, which doesn't bother me except for today they had loud and volger rap music playing through the restaurant speakers. I felt it was very inappropriate for that kind of music playing in a restaurant, especially if it is supposed to be family friendly. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and received no eye contact from the young employees. The music, along with no service, made me walk out and get my lunch from elsewhere. I understand how hard it is for a business owner to find good employees as I am formerly a sole proprietor. I feel like some good quality control might be in order for this restaurant. The Subway by Walmart is always fresh with good service.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly unless you think kids should be listening to vulgar rap music from the restaurant sound system.

During my recent trip to Prisma Beach, I stumbled upon a Subway in Paso Robles that exceeded all expectations. The new owners are friendly and welcoming individual of Indian descent, made the visit memorable. The freshly made sandwich was delicious, and the personalized service added a special touch to my journey. If you're in the area, don't miss this gem for a satisfying meal and warm hospitality.

They regularly fail inspection for having mold in their walk in fridge, and temperatures upwards of 50 degrees in their display case. One time I walked into their fridge, and there was a vine of black mold hanging from the ac unit, that swayed in the wind every time you opened the door. Mrs Kahal is also guilty of stealing the electronic tips from her employees, and sometimes outright refuses to pay them their final paycheck. If you want to get yourself sick and fund an illegal business, and also not get to eat the footlong cookie that subway advertises, by all means this is your best option.

The two guys working tonight Jay and Cris are amazing. They asked questions if they didn't hear us and they were so friendly. They had a great attitude.

They get my order right most of the time. Never an issue with missing any important items (meat) but wrong veggies has occurred. Easy pick up and always on time when it's ready.

Put 6in sub worth of cheese steak on a foot long sandwich and wouldn't show me the amount was correct from their charts when asked. Put an automatic $3:50 tip on bill until I caught it.

The bread was rubbery and undercooked. The tomatoes were old. The sauce contained curds. The entire sandwich was inedible. A waste of money. The employee making the sandwich tossed whatever pinch of ingredients onto it. He did not seem to care to fix his mistake when he used the wrong bread. But I wouldn't want to serve terrible food to people either, so I feel for him. This is typical of subway these days, so I blame management.

Server had the personality of a dull nail! The store was empty when we walked in and the one employee barely said hello then walked to the back room! Appearing later with what do you want?Again no personality!Let alone the ice machine was out of order so no ice was available for drinks

Horrible service. Went in and got told they couldn't help us because "he" had been working all day alone and needed a break so he turned about 4 customers down and asked them to leave. Absolutely terrible poor management. They need to get their s*y together for reals.
