This is by far the worst subway in Paso. Employees don't care. Sandwich bread is always bad, either overly dry or hard. Even though this is much closer, I generally go to 24th or Niblick.

Every time I've ordered from this subway. They always get my order wrong. I'm extremely allergic to onions but yet every time I remove them they somehow still add them. I can't even contact this subway because their number is disconnected, I recommend going to the other one in paso by big bubbas

Honestly, the food was great, not the best, but certainly did the job. They were not bad at making the food, as they were quite quick and made it 4 stars in my opinion, the atmosphere was peaceful, but needs some work.

A few months ago, this was still a well run Subway. Good customer service, good food. Now it's horrible. New employees do not greet customers, and will ignore you even if you are standing right in front of them. No love in the sandwiches. That and the tip features have ruined this store. Been going for many years, no more.

Food worker was taking a call, on her personally phone.. on the food line. She was wearing gloves but also touch her phone, then touching meat and everything else. Talk about cross contamination. Then proceeds to tell me she would be with me in one minute while taking her personal call right in front of me… on speaker. She was literally wiping away at her face with gloves in then proceeded to finish the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.
