We had the absolute best time at the blending lab! My wife and I brought my parents to a class where we learned all about the different elements of wine in a fun, casual setting. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and super patient with newbies to wine. What we loved most about our experience was how they equip you with fundamental knowledge to look/see/smell/taste wine in an analytical way that allows you to understand why you do or do not like a wine. Sourcing their wines from all nearby vineyards, they had some spectacular varietals to taste. Location was also super convenient to great restaurants nearby once we primed our palates!!

No fear, questions are welcome and the staff will help you to understand what is best for YOUR palette. It is fun using test tubes with wine…who knew equipment I used to associate with my most difficult course in high school, would now bring a smile to my face. Def check them out! And their swag is awesome too!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! Such a lovely ambiance right in downtown Paso. Super easy to park and lots of comfy spots to sit. The wine is SO good. Their concept is amazing and they have these super cool classes where you can blend you own bottle (mind blown!!) which is so fun, but I also have the best time just popping in for a flight. I’ve never had a bad wine here. The team that works here is so knowledgeable and welcoming, it is a MUST visit for me when I come to Paso. Add it to your list!
