I tried this place 3 times because I wanted a decent chicken restaurant in Paso. Every time I wasn't impressed. It wasn't that busy when I went there but still had to wait 20-30mins for my food. The chicken tenders I got weren't crispy, it seemed like breading got soggy before I was served and I ate them at the restaurant. I got the chicken fries another time, but they were cold when I got them after waiting 25 mins. I ate those at the restaurant too so not sure what the deal...read full review
I'll start off by saying very inviting environment. We were greeted and the staff was very awesome and they were able to help us decide on what sauce to put on the wings we ordered. They have it where you can pick songs that play so it's a fun addition to your visit! We of course picked a few songs while we enjoyed our food. This is a good place to bring family, kids, and they also have outdoor seating. Perfect for those summer evenings ! Everyone said the food was pretty good!...read full review

The Kassi, Melanie and the team at Chicken Shack are awesome. They are very helpful and super friendly. I have to order things a special way and they take care of my needs without hesitation!! Plus they now have beer and wine to go with their scrumptious food and SO MANY sauces to choose from. Everyone needs to eat at The Chicken Shack!
